Meeting Rooms

Group Meeting Rooms can be used for networking breakout sessions, as well as by exhibitors and presenters – anyone who wants to make a presentation or have an interactive session with a specific audience.

Designed specifically to cater for live interaction, meeting room hosts can use the virtual meeting tools of their choice, such as zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams etc. They set up te link for their session, and we publish it in their meeting room for attendees to join directly from within the Virtual Event Space environment.
